Your customized program
Are you a professional or looking to become one? The Hill Golf High Performance Academy can help you achieve your goals, with tailor-made coaching in all areas, whether technical, tactical, physical or mental.
Technique and tactics
Thanks to the expertise and experience of our coaches, former professional players, the first step will be to carry out a complete assessment of your game, from putting to driving, using the latest technology (Trackman, Capto, Puttview, Spider) now used by most of the world’s top golfers. We’ll then help you progress by establishing a precise program, enabling you to improve in all areas of the game, including your routine and strategies on the course. We’re fortunate that the Hill Golf Academy is surrounded by some magnificent competition courses (Seignosse, Moliets, Hossegor…), ideal for top-level golfers and requiring both technique and strategy.
A tailor-made, comprehensive à la carte program
Together, we’ll determine the program that’s right for you, based on your desires, your objectives and your budget.
We define it as follows:
- duration (1 month, several months, year-round)
- desired areas of intervention (technical, tactical, physical and mental)
- A personalized training program
As an academy player, includes:
- a complete review of your game
- a fitting for your equipment
- regular statistics to assess progress
- support for tournaments
- debriefing after each tournament
- regular feedback on your workouts”.
Physical and mental preparation
Today, physical preparation in golf has taken on an enormous dimension. That’s why you’ll be monitored by our physical trainer Robert Froissard. His skills and experience are a real asset. He has worked for many years with golfers and professional sportsmen and women, and has prepared rugby players from Castres Olympique and Pau, among others. Players at the academy will also be monitored by a physiotherapist and an osteopath in conjunction with the physical trainer. Other external specialists in golf and top-level sports may also be called in, including sophrology sessions, yoga and advice from a dietician. As far as the mental side of things is concerned, if necessary, we’ll also be able to refer you to someone you can trust, so that nothing is left to chance and you have every chance of achieving your goals.

Hill Golf Academy values and philosophy
These are the values we share within our academy, and shared by the majority of champions who want to succeed in their projects. These values are essential and indispensable if we are to lead you on the path to excellence. This charter is a moral contract between you, the Hill Golf Center’s resident players, and us, the Academy’s professionals. We are all committed to respecting it together. It’s a pledge of both mutual trust and shared success.
Respect
Respect yourself, respect others, respect the environment, respect schedules, respect the golf club you play for and respect your coaches. Never forget that it’s not only your image that’s at stake, but also that of the golf club you represent and your coaches. This is the solid foundation of a healthy and trusting relationship, and therefore of our collaboration.
Passion
Choosing a job as a passion, just like throwing yourself into a sport as a passion, is obviously a guarantee of personal fulfillment. Setting up your own business allows you to get up every morning with enthusiasm and share it with others. Passion acts as a catalyst, giving you the confidence to tackle any obstacle.
DETERMINATION
It’s the key to overcoming obstacles, to learning from mistakes and high levels of competition. It’s this strong desire to progress, to achieve your goals, that must drive you every day.
SURPASSING ONESELF
Optimism is a philosophy that leads us to keep moving forward and to surpass ourselves. Going beyond your own limits, stepping out of your comfort zone, are the keys to your success.
HUMILITY
Ambition and determination are necessary elements in any performance, but they go hand in hand with humility. There is a fine line between victory and defeat, success and failure. Managing and mastering the euphoria of performance, the excesses of triumphalism, brings lucidity and objectivity. Nothing to do with a lack of self-confidence, but rather a sensitivity, a true self-knowledge, a truth that makes you fight every day.
DISCIPLINE
Talent without discipline or hard work is rarely a guarantee of success, let alone excellence. That’s why it’s so important to realize that this rigor must be present on a daily basis, not only in your technical, tactical, physical and mental work, but also in your personal life, with a healthy lifestyle. The greatest champions even talk about sacrifices, so it’s far from being a piece of cake. You need to be aware of this and be ready to have this discipline.
UNIVERSALITY
Sport has the power of universality; it’s a language shared by everyone on the planet, and one that tolerates no discrimination whatsoever. Your discipline, motivation and hard work will be regularly assessed, as will your adherence to the values of the academy.
